Entries
All accepted entries will be shown on the official Myer Fashions on the Field site, vrcfashionsonthefield.com.au. Our audience uses this information to locate and source designs for Lexus Melbourne Cup Carnival and other VRC and racing industry events.
We are aiming to accommodate as many entries as practical and possible on Lexus Melbourne Cup Day. The final number will be determined according to quality of entries and ability to represent on the day.
The final will be held in a live forum on a runway in the fashion precinct on Lexus Melbourne Cup Day, a model wearing your millinery piece and a racing outfit to match will be required.
It is the millinery design which is being judged, hence this must not change. You can use a different model.
Once your entries are submitted and approved (you will receive notification of this), you may share your entry on the site.
Images may be used on official VRC channels and in some instances to promote the 2022 Millinery Award future Millinery Awards and or the Myer Fashion on the Field Competition, Melbourne Cup Carnival or other VRC owned events.
