I am often inspired by certain eras of fashion, some decades I love in particular are from the 1920s, 1950s and the 1990s
This outfit was inspired but the 1930s Hollywood era, it was a decade of elegance and glamour, seen as a little more toned down from the previous
1920s Jazz craze, not a great time for fashion as it was the start of world war 2 and people couldn't afford to buy fashion.
This outfit is my modern take on the 1932 Joan Crawford white mousseline de soie, ruffled gown worn in the movie Letty Lynton. I have made this outfit very minimalistic with a domed cartwheel brimmed hat and matching red feather small clutch and matching shoes. Im feeling a red and pink combination a trend so I wanted to bring that out in this 30s style era look
